BLESSING AND INAUGURATION
After the long awaiting,
the newly built Cathlab, a long cherished dream was blessed on 23.06.2017 on the
feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus by Bp. Thomas Thuruthimattam and Bp. Dominic
Kokkat in the presence of Fr. Sabu, priests and sisters from various mission
stations, staffs of PGSS and Fatima Hospital. Bp. Thomas remembered all the
benefactors, directors of the hospital, supports and well wishers who extended
their valuable support in building up a new Cathlab at the hospital through
financial support as well as spiritual encouragement.
The inauguration
of the Cathlab took place on 29.06.2017 by Honorable Divisional Commissioner
Mr. Anil Kumar IAS in the presence of Bp. Thomas Thuruthimattam and Bp. Dominic
Kokkat. A public meeting was organized in front of the hospital in which Honorable
appreciated the noble works of Fatima Hospital rendering to the people of
Purvanchal giving special emphasize to the cleanliness and quality of service
of the hospital as different from the hospitals of the city. Bp. Thomas
addressed the gathering remembering all the well wishers of the hospital with a
grateful heart in extending greetings to them. A free Heart Checkup camp was
organized on the same day and many benefited out of this.
